Ellen co-founded and served as Co-Director of the Santa Fe Children’s Museum for 18 years.   Upon her retirement, she joined the FDP training team in a part-time capacity.  Ellen has 25 years teaching experience with young children and also has been an instructor at the college level.  At the Museum and in other teaching positions, Ellen has always worked to assure that all children have equal access to quality education and programs.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Anthropology from NYU and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis on Early Childhood from the University of New Mexico, and has contributed articles and training materials to various publications.
