The Family Development Program co-designs a yearlong intensive professional development program that best suits needs of community and educational organizations in support of teachers, families and their communities. 

In 2004-2005, FDP trained 1,385 teachers, staff, parents and other family members from 98 communities throughout New Mexico in 116 professional and skills development workshopsIt is estimated that almost 62,000 children were impacted by these efforts.
